BURN offers metal lighter cases, designed to combine design, strength and practicality.
Product visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Slight variations may exist depending on arrivals.
3. Price
The prices displayed on the site are in euros including all taxes.
Delivery costs are specified before validation of the order.
BURN reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
Products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order and payment
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Payment is made online via a secure solution offered by Stripe
The order is considered valid once payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
BURN works in dropshipping
Delivery times are generally between 10 and 20 working days.
These times may vary depending on the destination country or in the event of exceptional events (customs, strikes, etc.).
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order. To do this, send an email to burn.contact.fr@gmail.com specifying your order number.
The products must be returned at your expense, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
The refund will be made within 14 days maximum after receipt of the return.
7. Defective products or ordering errors
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match your order, please contact us. A replacement or refund will be offered as appropriate.
8. Liability
BURN cannot be held responsible for indirect damages linked to the use of the products sold.
It is your responsibility to check the compatibility of the product with your lighter.
